Erica Sheade creates a nurturing environment where children and their families can explore feelings and emotions in a safe, judgment-free space. Her dedication to helping children understand themselves better drives her practice, as she believes that they often hold the answers to making essential life changes. Recognizing that some children may feel unheard, leading to behavioral issues and isolation, Erica focuses on empowering them. With extensive experience working as a tribal social worker and current involvement as a CASA volunteer, her mission is to help families regain the confidence to thrive as healthy individuals and as a supportive unit. Erica employs a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Adlerian Play Therapy, Shame Resiliency, and EMDR, to help achieve the goals set collaboratively with her clients. She understands that seeking professional help can be daunting and sees her role as walking beside families on their journey towards healing and growth.
