Candi White believes that life can sometimes feel overwhelmingly messy. Individuals navigating challenging seasons may experience feelings of anxiety, frustration, and confusion, leaving important relationships strained. Candi recognizes the deep desire in all of us to be seen, heard, and understood. When loneliness creeps in, it is common to rely on strategies that may have served well for a time but are ultimately unsustainable for lasting healing and growth. With a commitment to offering a compassionate and non-judgmental space, Candi considers it a privilege to work alongside clients, where their unique stories can be shared and explored in transformative ways.

Specializing in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Candi helps couples dive into relational patterns while addressing intimacy and connection. Her extensive training includes EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the Enneagram, equipping her to support adolescents, emerging adults, couples, and families through their respective journeys. Having dedicated over a decade to working with college students, Candi is adept at guiding individuals and families in navigating transitions, setting boundaries, and uncovering underlying emotions and needs. Candi firmly believes that everyone possesses inner resources and the capacity to heal and flourish.
