Patient Aid Program

Located in San Tan Valley, AZ, the Patient Aid Program is dedicated to easing the financial burden on individuals facing health-related challenges by providing a one-time emergency payment of $100 to help cover essential non-medical expenses. Our mission is to support those in need by offering assistance with costs associated with transportation, food, housing, and utilities. It is important to note that the continuation of our program is contingent upon available funding, and modifications or discontinuation may occur as financial resources change.
