OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

Located in San Tan Valley, AZ, the OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to empowering women battling ovarian cancer by providing essential financial support and resources tailored specifically to their needs. Our program offers a generous financial grant of $200, along with a $100 gas card and a $100 grocery card to help alleviate the burdens associated with treatment. Additionally, we understand the importance of mental and emotional well-being, which is why we offer psycho-social counseling sessions with licensed clinical social workers and genetic counseling sessions by certified genetic counselors, both conducted over the phone for convenience. We encourage healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of their patients, and we prioritize processing applications as they come in, ensuring that the assistance we offer remains available to those who need it most.
