Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program

The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program in Safford, AZ, is dedicated to fostering healthy nutrition practices for low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. Our mission is to provide vital food assistance through comprehensive services, including nutrition education, access to supplemental foods, and robust breastfeeding support. We also offer referrals to essential health care services to ensure families receive holistic care. Participation requires proof of income, residency, and child's identification, enabling us to effectively support the nutritional needs of our community's vulnerable families.
