Located in Safford, AZ, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for low-income individuals struggling with dysphagia. We provide essential food assistance by offering thickeners, pre-modified foods tailored to specific dietary needs, therapy tools to support treatment, and oral care supplies to ensure proper hygiene. Additionally, we supply adaptive equipment designed to make mealtime safer and more accessible.
