Emergency Food Boxes (TEFAP)

Located in Rio Rico, AZ, the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona is committed to providing essential food assistance to low-income individuals and families through the Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP). This vital program offers emergency food boxes to help supplement the diets of those in need. Eligible families can access these food resources once a month, with the quantity of food provided tailored to the size of the household. When visiting, individuals will need to self-declare their eligibility per the income guidelines set by the Department of Economic Security and provide basic information such as names, dates of birth, household size, proof of residency, and a photo ID. We believe in fostering a stronger community by ensuring that no one goes hungry.
