OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

Located in Rimrock, AZ, the OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer by providing essential financial assistance and resources tailored to their unique needs. Our program offers a financial grant of $200, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card to ensure that patients can manage their everyday essentials during their treatment journey. Additionally, we provide access to psycho-social counseling sessions with a licensed clinical social worker and genetic counseling sessions by a licensed genetic counselor, all conducted via phone for convenience. We encourage healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of patients, and we process these requests in the order they are received, depending on available funding. At OvarCare, we celebrate the strength and resilience of ovarian cancer patients while striving to ease their burdens during challenging times.
