OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

OvarCare Patient Assistance Program in Prescott, AZ, is dedicated to supporting women in their courageous battle against ovarian cancer. Our mission is to provide essential financial assistance tailored specifically for ovarian cancer patients, helping to alleviate some of the burdens they face during this challenging time. Our program offers a financial grant of $200, along with a $100 gas card and a $100 grocery card to ensure that practical needs are met. Additionally, we provide access to psycho-social counseling sessions and genetic counseling, both via phone by licensed professionals. We invite physicians, nurses, and social workers to submit applications on behalf of patients. Applications are processed in the order they are received, contingent on available funding, as we strive to uplift these strong and resilient individuals in their journey toward healing.
