OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

OvarCare Patient Assistance Program, located in Prescott Valley, AZ, is dedicated to supporting women in their courageous battle against ovarian cancer. Our mission is to alleviate the financial burden faced by patients through a tailored assistance package that includes a $200 financial grant, $100 in gas cards, and $100 in grocery cards. Additionally, we offer vital psycho-social counseling sessions and genetic counseling, both conducted via phone by licensed professionals. We encourage healthcare providers to submit applications for those in need, as assistance is provided on a first-come, first-served basis, contingent upon available funding.
