OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

Located in Pinetop, AZ, the OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women bravely fighting ovarian cancer. Through a thoughtful financial assistance package tailored specifically for ovarian cancer patients, we aim to alleviate some of the burdens they face. Our program offers essential resources including a financial grant of $200, a $100 gas card for transportation to appointments, and a $100 grocery card to help with daily needs. Additionally, we provide access to psycho-social counseling sessions with a licensed clinical social worker, as well as genetic counseling sessions by a licensed Genetic Counselor, all conducted via phone for convenience. We encourage patients to have their healthcare providers submit applications, which are processed in the order received, subject to funding availability. OvarCare stands beside these incredible women, ensuring they receive the support they need during their journey.
