Arizona Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Cash Assistance (CA)

The Arizona Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Cash Assistance program, based in Peoria, AZ, is dedicated to providing essential financial support and resources for the most vulnerable children and families in Arizona. Our mission is to ensure that these families have access to temporary cash benefits that help them secure their basic needs for safety and well-being, effectively guiding them on their journey towards self-sufficiency. In addition to cash assistance, we offer supportive services designed to empower families during difficult times. Applications for assistance can be easily submitted online, by mail, or by fax to the nearest Department of Economic Security office, and we are happy to send a paper application by request. While our offices are currently closed due to COVID-19, we remain committed to serving our community with remote assistance and support.
