OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

Located in Paulden, AZ, OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer by providing essential financial assistance tailored to their unique needs. This compassionate initiative offers a financial grant of $200, along with a $100 gas card and a $100 grocery card, ensuring our patients have access to necessary resources during their fight. In addition, we provide vital psycho-social counseling sessions with licensed clinical social workers and genetic counseling to help individuals understand their health better. To access our services, we encourage physicians, nurses, and social workers to submit applications on behalf of patients. Each application is processed as it is received, with grants awarded based on available funding. At OvarCare, we honor the strength and resilience of those we serve, working to alleviate some of the burdens associated with this challenging journey.
