The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program in Paradise Valley, AZ, is dedicated to improving the health and nutrition of families, particularly women, infants, and young children. This federally-funded initiative offers essential food assistance through checks for nutritious supplemental foods, along with comprehensive nutrition education tailored to each family’s needs. WIC also provides vital support for breastfeeding and connects families with other necessary community services, ensuring a holistic approach to health. We serve pregnant women, new mothers, and children under five, including foster children, focusing on families with low to medium incomes, including those who are working.
