Patient Aid Program

Located in Page, AZ, the Patient Aid Program is dedicated to supporting individuals facing significant challenges by offering a one-time stipend of $100 to help alleviate non-medical expenses such as transportation, food, housing, and utilities. Our mission is to provide timely financial assistance during emergencies, ensuring that our clients can focus on their health and well-being without the burden of immediate financial stress. While funding for this program is limited and may vary, we are committed to making a meaningful impact in our community.
