OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

OvarCare is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer in Maricopa, AZ, by providing essential financial assistance tailored to their unique needs. Our program offers a financial grant of $200, along with a $100 gas card and a $100 grocery card to help ease the burden during this challenging time. We believe in the power of resilience, which is why we also provide psycho-social counseling sessions and genetic counseling via phone from licensed professionals, ensuring holistic support for our patients. We encourage healthcare providers such as physicians, nurses, and social workers to submit applications on behalf of their patients. Applications are processed in the order they are received, with grants awarded based on current funding availability, emphasizing our commitment to helping as many women as possible find the resources they need to thrive.
