Located in Marana, Arizona, the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Cash Assistance (CA) program is committed to providing essential temporary cash benefits and support services to vulnerable families and their children. Our mission is to ensure that those who are struggling can meet their fundamental needs for safety and well-being, while providing a sustainable pathway to self-sufficiency. Families can access our services, including temporary cash assistance, through our convenient online application center, by mail, or via fax to the nearest Department of Economic Security office. Additionally, we are dedicated to assisting applicants over the phone for those who prefer a paper application. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have temporarily suspended work requirements for Nutrition and Cash Assistance recipients to support families during this challenging time. Although our offices are currently closed to the public, we continue to offer our vital services electronically, ensuring that our community remains supported and connected.
