Located in Laveen, AZ, Esperança's Phoenix Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of under-served communities, particularly Latinos in Maricopa County. Through free health education and essential resources, we empower youth, adults, and seniors to lead healthier lives. Our bilingual and bi-cultural Community Health Educators, who are rooted in the communities they serve, offer a variety of programs including nutritional education, diabetes education, and lifestyle coaching, all infused with a Latin flavor. We are committed to making a positive impact by providing accessible health education and support tailored to the unique needs of our community.
