MOVE! Weight Management Program

The MOVE! Weight Management Program in Lake Havasu City, AZ, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen all Veterans receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management options that meet their unique needs. We offer a variety of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management, alongside access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who may need further assistance after initial program participation.
