Located in Lake Havasu City, AZ, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to improving the quality of life for low-income individuals facing the challenges of dysphagia. We thoughtfully provide essential food assistance through our supply of thickeners and pre-modified foods, complemented by invaluable therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
