Patient Aid Program

Located in Golden Valley, AZ, the Patient Aid Program is dedicated to supporting individuals by offering a one-time stipend of $100 to help alleviate non-medical expenses such as transportation, food, housing, and utilities. Our mission is to provide timely emergency assistance to those in need, ensuring that financial burdens do not hinder access to vital care and support.
