Located in Golden Valley, AZ, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance tailored for individuals facing dysphagia. Our mission focuses on enabling low-income individuals to access vital resources including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment specifically designed to meet their unique dietary needs. We strive to empower those in our community who are living with swallowing difficulties by ensuring they have the appropriate tools and foods to maintain their health and quality of life.
