Heidi Peacock

Heidi Peacock is a compassionate and dedicated therapist who has provided extensive psychotherapy to clients across various ages, backgrounds, and diagnoses. With her experience encompassed in community, private, and non-profit settings, she is well-versed in addressing key issues such as trauma, PTSD, and life transitions for preteens, teens, and adults. Heidi holds a Master’s in Professional Counseling from Ottawa University, a faith-based institution, and is a Licensed Associate Counselor with certifications in Trauma, Abuse, and Deprivation, as well as being a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional trained in EMDR Therapy.

Heidi tailors treatment plans specifically to meet her client's needs, utilizing evidence-based, person-centered, and collaborative approaches. Her primary therapeutic modalities include Solution-Focused Narrative Therapy (SFNT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). She passionately believes in treating clients as whole individuals, employing an integrative mind-body-spirit approach. With a purpose-driven and solution-focused methodology, Heidi thrives on helping her clients navigate their paths to healing and growth.
