The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program in Glendale, AZ, is dedicated to enhancing the health and nutrition of families by offering essential food assistance and comprehensive support services. As a federally-funded initiative, WIC provides critical nutrition education, issues vouchers for healthy supplemental foods, and connects families to vital healthcare and community resources. Our mission is to ensure that pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as children under five years old, receive the nutrition they need to thrive. We aim to empower families with low to medium incomes, including working families, by offering targeted assistance and guidance on breastfeeding and nutrition.
