Guided by a holistic, strength-based, and person-centered approach, she draws from a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including Psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma-Informed Care (TIC), EMDR, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), alongside mindfulness and relaxation techniques.
