Amy Fife has dedicated over 12 years to supporting adults and elders in navigating the complexities of trauma, particularly within relationships. She specializes in addressing women’s issues, including the painful aftermath of betrayal, which can manifest through infidelity, emotional neglect, or other forms of abuse by trusted individuals. Amy understands how shattered trust can leave individuals questioning everything they once knew and feels passionately about guiding her clients toward healing and resilience. Her extensive training includes the Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model through APSATS, Betrayal Trauma through ADDO Recovery, and EMDR Therapy, along with focused training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. As a certified facilitator of Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Amy integrates mindfulness and self-compassion into her therapeutic practice. She co-facilitates female-only support groups, alongside colleague Tiffany Moser, LMFT, helping women to reclaim their strength and find community in healing. Amy honors the courage it takes to seek support through counseling or group therapy and is committed to creating a safe space where clients can explore their experiences and begin their journey toward recovery.
