MOVE! Weight Management Program

The MOVE! Weight Management Program in Gilbert, AZ, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, connecting them with personalized weight management solutions that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a range of options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support, along with the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-management. For Veterans facing persistent challenges with weight, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery. Our approach is tailored to empower Veterans on their journey to better health, reinforcing the importance of support and care in achieving their weight management goals.
