OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

Located in Ganado, AZ, the OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer by providing vital resources to ease their journey. Our program offers tailored financial assistance that includes a $200 grant, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card to help cover essential expenses. In addition to financial support, we provide access to psycho-social counseling sessions with licensed professionals and genetic counseling to address specific patient needs. We encourage healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of patients, which are processed promptly based on funding availability.
