Senior Farmers Markets Nutrition Program (SFMNP)

The Senior Farmers Markets Nutrition Program (SFMNP) in Fountain Hills, AZ, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of low-income seniors by providing access to fresh, nutritious, locally grown produce and other food items. Through our program, eligible seniors receive annual vouchers that can be redeemed for a variety of unprepared fruits, vegetables, honey, and herbs at approved farmers markets and roadside stands, as well as Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) boxes. Our mission is to promote healthy eating and support local agriculture, ensuring that seniors have access to wholesome food options that contribute to a better quality of life.
