Food Bank

Located in Fort Mohave, AZ, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance and resources for individuals struggling with dysphagia. We understand the challenges faced by low-income individuals and offer a variety of support items including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment to ensure that everyone has access to the nourishment they need. Our mission is to empower those with swallowing difficulties by equipping them with the vital resources that foster dignity and well-being.
