Patient Aid Program

Located in Fort Defiance, AZ, the Patient Aid Program is dedicated to supporting individuals facing non-medical challenges related to health care costs. Through our initiative, we offer a one-time stipend of $100 to assist with essential expenses such as transportation, food, housing, and utilities. Understanding that financial barriers can significantly impact wellness, we strive to alleviate some of that burden during difficult times. While our emergency payments are contingent upon available funding, we remain committed to providing urgent assistance where needed.
