OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to empowering women battling ovarian cancer in Fort Defiance, AZ, by providing crucial support during their journey. Our program offers financial assistance packages tailored specifically for ovarian cancer patients in need, including a $200 financial grant, $100 gas card, and $100 grocery card to help cover essential expenses. We also provide access to psycho-social counseling sessions with a licensed clinical social worker and genetic counseling sessions via phone, ensuring that our participants receive the comprehensive care they deserve. We encourage healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of their patients, and we process requests in the order received, subject to available funding.
