Arizona WIC - COVID 19 Special Procedures

Arizona WIC is dedicated to fostering health and wellness for low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old, by providing essential food assistance and resources. Our program promotes healthy food habits through comprehensive nutrition education, supplemental nutritious foods, and breastfeeding support services, ensuring families have access to the care they need. In light of COVID-19, Arizona WIC has adapted its services to prioritize safety while remaining fully operational. Families in Fort Defiance and surrounding areas are encouraged to reach out to their local WIC clinics to access vital services, resources, and support during these challenging times.
