Our mission is to empower these resilient individuals by providing essential financial assistance tailored specifically for their needs. Each patient can receive a financial grant of $200, accompanied by a $100 gas card and a $100 grocery card to help alleviate everyday burdens. In addition, we offer psycho-social counseling sessions and genetic counseling with licensed professionals, ensuring comprehensive support during this challenging time. We encourage healthcare providers to facilitate the application process, which is handled on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on available funding.
