Patient Aid Program

Located in Flagstaff, AZ, the Patient Aid Program is dedicated to supporting individuals facing financial challenges related to their health care needs. We offer a one-time stipend of $100 to assist with essential non-medical expenses such as transportation, food, housing, and utilities. Our mission is to alleviate some of the financial burdens faced by patients and their families during difficult times.
