Located in Flagstaff, AZ, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance and support to individuals facing the challenges of dysphagia. We understand the urgent need for specialized resources, which is why we offer a carefully curated selection of food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment to low-income individuals in our community.
