Located in Flagstaff, AZ, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance and resources for individuals with dysphagia. We focus on improving the quality of life for low-income individuals by supplying vital items such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
