Located in Eloy, AZ, the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program at Luke Air Force Base is dedicated to providing essential nutrition assistance and health education for families in need. We offer vital services such as nutrition education, breastfeeding support, financial assistance for purchasing healthy foods, and referrals to healthcare and immunization services, all at no cost to qualifying Arizona families. To apply, please bring identification for everyone enrolling, proof of income, a photo ID, a birth certificate or immunization record for children, and proof of address. A Military Pass is required to access our services, ensuring that we meet the needs of those we serve with care and dignity.
