OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women in Eloy, AZ, who are bravely battling ovarian cancer. Our mission is to ease the financial burden faced by patients during this challenging time through our specially designed financial assistance packages. Each qualified participant receives a financial grant of $200, along with a $100 gas card and a $100 grocery card to help with essential needs. We also offer compassionate psycho-social counseling sessions with licensed clinical social workers and genetic counseling support to empower patients in their journey. We invite physicians, nurses, and social workers to submit applications on behalf of patients. Please note that applications are processed in the order they are received, and support availability may vary based on current funding.
