At the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program located at Luke Air Force Base in El Mirage, AZ, we are dedicated to empowering families with vital nutrition resources and education. To apply for WIC, please bring everyone who will be enrolling, along with necessary documentation, including a photo ID, identification for each family member, proof of address, and verification of income. Please note that a Military Pass is required to access our services, as we strive to support the well-being of our military families with care and respect.
