At Desert Mission Food Bank in El Mirage, AZ, we are dedicated to providing compassionate food assistance to those in need. Our services are freely accessible to the community, offering emergency food support for individuals who face hunger. Every month, our guests can visit us twice to receive essential groceries, including fresh produce and packaged foods, along with specialized programs such as the Senior Food Box and Infant Emergency Food Box. We also promote health and wellness through gardening classes and nutrition education. In addition to conventional food assistance, we provide resource navigation and financial coaching to eligible HonorHealth patients and staff to empower their journey toward stability. To utilize our services, guests simply need to register at Intake with a photo ID and proof of address, ensuring a smooth process as they receive their food from our convenient loading zone. Together, we strive to create a stronger, nourished community.
