MOVE! Weight Management Program

Located in Cottonwood, AZ, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and connected with tailored weight management services that suit their unique needs and preferences. Offering a range of options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! for in-home support, we empower Veterans to take charge of their health. For those who prefer self-management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app provides essential tools. Furthermore, Veterans facing ongoing challenges can access weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
