Located in Cottonwood, AZ, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to offering essential food assistance and support to low-income individuals living with dysphagia. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for our community members by providing vital resources such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment tailored specifically for their needs. We understand the challenges faced by those with swallowing difficulties, and we are here to ensure they receive the appropriate nutritional and therapeutic aids necessary for a healthier and more comfortable life.
