MOVE! Weight Management Program in Chino Valley, AZ, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management services. Our mission is to assess and support every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities with personalized strategies to combat obesity. We offer an array of options tailored to meet individual needs, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program, which provides in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer self-directed approaches, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we understand that some Veterans may require further assistance, which is why we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those continuing to struggle with weight-related challenges.
