Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)

The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Supplemental Food Program in Chandler, AZ is dedicated to fostering healthy nutrition and wellness for low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. Our mission is to provide essential food assistance, including access to healthy foods, valuable nutrition and wellness information, and dedicated breastfeeding support. We also facilitate referrals to health and community resources to ensure families receive comprehensive care. To participate, caregivers must provide specific documentation, including identification for both themselves and their child, proof of residency, proof of income, and immunization records for infants and children.
