Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)

The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Supplemental Food Program in Chandler, AZ, is dedicated to fostering the health and well-being of low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. We provide essential services including access to nutritious foods, expert nutrition and wellness information, dedicated breastfeeding support, and valuable referrals to various health and community resources. To ensure all families can benefit from our program, we require certain documents including identification for caregivers and applicants, proof of residency, proof of income, and immunization records for children. Our mission is to empower families with the resources they need to cultivate healthy lifestyles and secure a brighter future.
