The Ak-Chin Elder Center, located in Cave Creek, AZ, is dedicated to enriching the lives of Elders in the Ak-Chin Indian Community through a comprehensive range of supportive services and activities. Our mission is to promote well-being and independence by offering essential resources such as caregiver programs, congregate meals, and emergency response systems. We understand the unique needs of our Elders, which is why we provide legal assistance, financial aid, and government-assisted housing to ensure a dignified and secure lifestyle. Our center also focuses on personal care, home repairs, and home modifications, delivering home-delivered meals to those unable to visit us. Additionally, we host engaging senior center programs and provide transportation services to promote social connectivity and active engagement.
