Patient Aid Program

Located in Casa Grande, AZ, the Patient Aid Program is dedicated to assisting individuals facing financial challenges during their treatment journey. We offer a one-time $100 stipend to help alleviate non-medical expenses such as transportation, food, housing, and utilities. Our mission is to provide timely emergency payments to those in need, ensuring that financial hardships do not become an additional burden during critical health circumstances. While our services are dependent on fund availability, we strive to support our community with compassion and urgency.
