OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

OvarCare Patient Assistance Program, located in Casa Grande, AZ, is dedicated to supporting women in their courageous journey against ovarian cancer. Our mission is to provide essential financial assistance tailored specifically for ovarian cancer patients who are in need. We offer a robust package that includes a financial grant of $200, plus a $100 gas card and a $100 grocery card to help ease the burden of everyday expenses. In addition to financial support, we provide psycho-social counseling sessions by licensed clinical social workers and genetic counseling sessions via phone to ensure our patients receive comprehensive care. We encourage healthcare professionals to submit applications on behalf of their patients, which are processed in order of receipt, reflecting our commitment to timely assistance as funds allow.
