Located in Camp Verde, AZ, Financial Assistance Funds is dedicated to supporting children with special health care needs and their families by providing crucial financial assistance for both medical and non-medical expenses. Our program offers funding for a range of necessities, including medical costs like prescriptions and medical equipment, as well as home and vehicle modifications, daily living expenses such as food and utilities, and travel costs for medical appointments. Each family can receive grants of up to $500 annually to help alleviate the financial burdens associated with special healthcare needs. We understand that each situation is unique, and we also consider additional requests on a case-by-case basis. Requests are processed in the order they are received, with a 15-business-day review period, ensuring that families receive timely support.
